I gave ya’ll a sneaky look at this denim dress in my video post but here it is in all it’s glory! I’m really pleased with the bits I picked up at Rokit Vintage, they work great combined together and can see them blending perfectly into my wardrobe individually.
I shortened the dress and made it into a midi length instead of the maxi length it came – maxi’s just doesn’t suit me and my hips one bit. As I’m still diggin’ the 70’s retro vibe this outfit is giving me all of these feels, from the silhouette of the dress, the neckerchief and ankle boots all conger up a romantic 70’s nostalgia to me. I feel this dress will see me through AW and right into SS16! I can just picture wearing it with sandals in tan leather and with a straw fedora!
